Halogen downlighting installed, new fuseboard and wiring, redecoration and issuing of an NIC / EIC certificate.

Sussex Square - Refurbishment of an apartment in a purpose built block previously occupied by an elderly lady and needing modernising to prepare for the rental market. This included two bathrooms, a kitchen, redecoration and lighting. Full carpeting throughout and a lino tiled kitchen floor with porcelain bathroom floors.

St Mary's Place - Updating and refreshing of a 6 bedroomed house in a gated development including re-spraying of exisitng kitchen and installation of wood floor. Redecoration throughout the property, new stairway and bathroom lighting, carpeting and window dressings.

Evelyn Gardens - Conversion of a bathroom to a shower room using a large shower tray the same size as a bath with double sliding glass screen doors. The tiling to the floor and walls was in a stone coloured porcelain 30 x 30 tile. Existing WC, basin, taps, mirros etc were kept.

Westbourne Terrace - Prepared for sale. A developer bought flat. Here we ripped and stripped just about everything, installed a bathroom, a shower room, a new kitchen removing walls, blocking of doorways and improving layout. New fuseboard, uprated lighting, tiling, carpeting, curtains, re plumbing in copper. Ventilation and installation of contemporary radiator boxes over previously ugly units.
This flats now looks nothing like it did!
